Hensikt og omfang

Å utføre kvalitetssikret og kunnskapsbasert respiratoravvenning til voksne pasienter over 18 år som har vært i behov av respiratorbehandling over 24 timer.

Ansvar/målgruppe

Intensivsykepleiere og andre sykepleiere med ansvar for pasienter som får respiratorbehandling. Prosedyren utføres i samråd med lege.
